This recipe is near and dear to our hearts because not only does Caroline have fond memories of her grandmother making it, but it's Albie's favorite midnight food request, as well. "Smells like home, tastes like home" THE RECIPE (these are guesstimates because Caroline doesn't measure) -red pepper (a sprinkle) -salt (a little bit - add later to taste) -garlic (7-8 cloves) -chicken broth (1/4-1/2 cup) -olive oil (1/2 cup) Boil water. Put the garlic in some olive oil -- DO NOT LET THE GARLIC GET TOO BROWN. Throw in some red pepper flakes and salt. Once the garlic is in for 30-40 seconds, put the pasta in the boiling water. This is a quick meal. You want the pasta to be a little al dente. Strain the pasta, shake it once and save a little pasta water. Add the chicken broth and oil/garlic. Mix it up.
