Tabanan, Bali. Friday, 16 January 2026. In this video, we’re sharing a different kind of Bali walking tour from our usual routes. This time, we document a walk towards Belong Beach and Pigstone Beach, two hidden beaches that are still rarely visited by both domestic and international tourists. The access road to these beaches is quite wide and can accommodate cars, however, there is no designated parking area at either beach. Only motorbikes are able to park close to the shoreline. Along the way, we meet a few foreign travellers, while many locals pass by on motorbikes heading to and from the beach. During this afternoon walk, we also see local farmers still working in their rice fields, highlighting the rural and authentic atmosphere of the area. Tourism infrastructure here is still very limited, with very few supporting facilities built so far. However, just like Canggu and Pererenan in the past, this area has the potential to develop in the future. That’s why we’re here today — to document and archive what this place looks like right now, before major changes happen.
