Neato XV-21 - No LCD/Dim Power Button Temp Fix

Workaround for the "no LCD/dim power button" issue. So my vac had a partial (dim) green power light while on the charging dock but the lcd wouldn't come on. I called tech support and they ran me through some steps but it didn't resolve the issue. I looked online and in several forums I found this fix. Step 1: make sure it is on the dock and charging. Step 2: plug the usb cable (mine uses a mini usb) to the vacuum and plug the other end into the wall with an adapter (like you're charging any device). Step 3: press and hold the power button on the vacuum. this will soft reset the vacuum. after about 30 seconds my vacuum turned on and started charging. I hope this helps you. #NeatoXV21
