We had the pleasure of welcoming the fantastic team from Henley Bridge to Essential Cuisine HQ for a day of tasting, learning and hands‑on kitchen creativity! The group also took part in a hands‑on sauce challenge led by Jon Harvey-Barnes. The teams made up several products from our core ranges, including blends of our: 💙Premier Veal Jus 💙Lamb Glace 💙Signature Red Wine Jus 💙No1 Gravies & more! They even created a cost‑saving solution for chefs by blending our Premier Veal Jus with No1 Savoury Gravy, a great example of how our products can be used creatively to save time, reduce cost and maintain quality.
