This mount has lasted for over three seasons. Another mount visible in this video near the tip of my left ski has been on since December 2010. POV GroPro mounted to ski directly in front of my boot. DO NOT to try to adhere the camera mount in the cold. VERY IMPORTANT - Let the skis come to room temperature first. I then prepped the ski the night before by cleaning the top of the ski with alcohol and adhering the GoPro flat mount to the ski. Let it cure overnight. This run starts at top of Six Pack Express down Exhibition to Birches and Sweepstakes. Keep your eye on the ski to avoid motion sickness :)) Looking back on ski mounted cameras I feel its not the best option for video recording a run. Too much slop getting in the lens and way too much rocking back and forth. It might be a good option for a jump perspective but with a clip of about 2-3 seconds maybe slo-mo for longer.
