COOKBOOK: https://payhip.com/b/GPwUR Hey friends!🌞 Welcome to another what I eat in a week video. Soooo this is me just living my life and enjoying myself and food! My diet changes all the time and I eat as a feel because I practice intuitive eating! I love to consume a lot of whole foods but left overs are my best friend sometimes and you best bet I have to enjoy a night with some beers and potato chips! I enjoy having a balance of all things in my life because food is about pleasure as well! Hope you enjoy the video and I could give you some inspiration! I appreciate you and sending you soooooo much love, you da best! 👏🏻 ✨Connect with me!✨ IG: / flavourfuljulia Tiktok https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMenhR17x/ Recipes from this week: / coa6pdzpivx / cn0pt_djpqt Granola: 2 cups oats 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup buckinis 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup puffed quinoa 1/3 cup chopped dates 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup agave ( sub maple syrup ) 2 tbsp date syrup ( sub maple syrup ) 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla small handful currants Mix everything in a large bowl Line on a greased baking tray ( I used 1/2 tbsp coconut oil ). Use a spatula to evenly spread it out. I push mine down with a little pressure so when it bakes it really sticks together and forms those beautiful clusters! Bake @325 for 20-25 minutes Take it out and allow it to cool for 15 minutes you can also line it on parchment paper! Keep an eye on it and don’t let it burn. Every oven is different and it might need less time in yours! BBQ Beans : 1/2 small onion 1 carrot 1-2 sticks celery 1 small apple 1 1/2 cup white beans 1 tsp smoked paprika pinch of chilli flakes 1 tsp garlic powder s&p to taste 1/4 - 1/3 cup bbq sauce
