We Started Building An Outhouse! | Off-Grid Treehouse Build! Ep. 14

PERMIT APPROVED! And we don't even get a piece of paper we can hold anymore! 🤣 We received the vaulted privy permit last week which means the off grid tree house build is BACK ON and we've moved onto the next step -- the outhouse build! (I know it's technically a valued privy, but can we just keep it simple and call it an outhouse? 😉) Anyhow, we didn't waste any time... Ted picked up the tank on his way home from work and we put this puppy in the ground the very next day. You guys... we dug the hole for this thing.. by HAND! It was a team effort and Ted and I were so grateful for the kids' help! The very next day we headed north to Ash River to spend the walleye fishing opener catching TONS of..... walleye? No. Northern Pike? Yes. So many "snakers" as we call them. We also got to witness the incredible Northern Lights. What a sight to see. We made it home just in time take a quick hazy sunset pontoon cruise and that's when the walleyes finally came out. And the eagle, loons, beaver, and barred owls.
