A Carnot Engine is an ideal heat engine that converts thermal energy into mechanical work. It operates on the Carnot cycle, which represents the most efficient possible heat engine operating between two temperatures. The Carnot cycle consists of four reversible processes: 🔸 1️⃣ Isothermal Expansion The working gas is placed in contact with a hot reservoir. It absorbs heat (Q₁) at a constant temperature. As the gas expands, it pushes the piston outward and produces work. 🔸 2️⃣ Adiabatic Expansion The gas continues to expand, but no heat is exchanged with the surroundings. Because of this expansion, the temperature of the gas drops until it reaches the cold reservoir temperature. 🔸 3️⃣ Isothermal Compression The gas is now in contact with a cold reservoir. It releases heat (Q₂) at a constant temperature while the piston is pushed inward. External work is done on the gas. 🔸 4️⃣ Adiabatic Compression The gas is compressed further without heat transfer. Its temperature rises back to the original hot reservoir temperature, completing the cycle. #facts #physics #science #trending This video is make for your Knowledge and extra sharped topic.🎓🎓🎓🎓🎓🎓 Like 👍 and share this video and also subscribe This channel for more topics and theory🎓🎓🎓
