Shewaiya 2. Milk 3. Sugar 4. Ghee 5. Cashew 6. Almond 7. Raisins 8. Charoli 9. Mawa 10. Cardamom Powder 11. Kesar 12. Custard Powder 👩🍳 Step-by-Step Script (Shorts Friendly Flow) 1️⃣ Boil the Milk 🥛 Keep milk for boiling in one vessel on low–medium flame. 2️⃣ Fry the Nuts in Ghee 🌰🧈 Heat another vessel and add ghee. Once melted, fry all nuts except raisins & charoli until golden brown. 3️⃣ Roast the Sewaiya 🍜 In the same ghee, add sewaiya and roast until golden brown and aromatic 😍 4️⃣ Add Boiled Milk 🥛✨ Pour the hot boiled milk into roasted sewaiya. Stir well and let it cook until soft. 5️⃣ Prepare Custard-Kesar Paste 🌼 In a bowl, add little milk, kesar and custard powder. Mix well to form a smooth paste (no lumps!). 6️⃣ Add Sweetness & Flavor 🍬 Once sewaiya is cooked, add: ✔️ Sugar ✔️ Fried nuts ✔️ Cardamom powder ✔️ Custard paste Mix everything well. 7️⃣ Add Mawa 🥄 In a small bowl, mix mawa with little milk to avoid lumps.
