Ingredients Rice – 1 cup (soaked & ground) Full cream milk – 1.5/2 liter Sugar – 250gm (adjust to taste) Khoya (mawa) – 250gm Elaichi (cardamom) powder – ½ teaspoon Almonds – 2 tablespoons (sliced) Raisins (kismis) – 1 tablespoon Method 1. Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes, then grind into a coarse paste. 2. Boil milk in a heavy-bottom pan and reduce slightly on low flame. 3. Add rice paste slowly, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 4. Cook until the mixture thickens and rice is fully cooked. 5. Add sugar, khoya, and elaichi powder. Stir well until smooth and creamy. 6. Pour into clay bowls or serving dishes. 7. Garnish with sliced almonds and raisins. 8.
