Tasty,delicious and healthy dry nuts mixture Dry fruits, Mixed nuts, Healthy snacks, Nuts mix, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pistachios, Hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, Superfoods, Clean eating, Protein rich food, Homemade snacks Ingredients:- Gaund ( Gum acacia)250 grams,Almond 500 grams, pumpkin seeds 250,walnuts 500 grams,Poppy seeds 200 grams,cashews 500 grams,pistachios 250 grams,foxnuts 250,ghee 250 grams, deseeded dates 300 grams,kishmish (raisins)250 grams, Preparation:- First and foremost take gaund( gum acacia), deep fry in sufficient ghee on low heat until crispy and fluffy.Dry roast all dry nuts on low heat. Shallow fry deseeded dates.Remove raisins head stems, and wash to remove dirt of raisins.Now add one tablespoon ghee and shallow fry until water evaporated and soften.Now make coarse powder of all dry roasted dry nuts.Transfer all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well with spatula then with hands Mixing together very well.When mixture is mixed well and transfer in airtight container or make laddus and enjoy in winter with your friends and family.
