Heaven Sing Now tells the story a war between humans and extraterrestrial beings. It’s sung from the prospective of the “villain” - an antihero, the leader of the beings that invaded earth. The war on humans is a punishment for how poorly they treated the earth and the song is essentially a mockery of them.
