The 2025 Ford Ranger Tremor is trying to leave all other 4x4 dual-cab pick-ups on shaky ground in Australia. That's right; having been available overseas in previous-generation form, the special-edition ute is finally being offered locally, where it's hoping to keep the Toyota HiLux Rogue at bay. So, what exactly makes the new Ranger Tremor so special? Well, for starters, there's only 1150 examples. Then there's heavy-duty protection, Bilstein dampers and 17-inch alloy wheels with General Grabber all-terrain tyres. Better yet, ground clearance is up 26mm and the track is 30mm wider. A 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel four-cylinder engine is also paired with the 3.0-litre single-turbo V6's full-time four-wheel-drive system for the first time.
