Yamaha TMAX Major Service : Part 2 : Valve Check & Adjustment, Camshaft Installation & Removal

In this video series, I'll be replacing the fuel pump assembly and doing routine maintenance to my 2011 Yamaha TMAX 500. The service manual recommends a major service every 12,000 miles and a valve clearance check at 26,600 miles. My TMAX is at almost 28,000 miles, and the last major service was at 12,000 miles, so it's time to dig in. In part 2, I'll be removing more body panels and components to gain access to the engine to do a valve check and adjustment. The valve check and adjustment process is shown in detail, as well as installing and removing the camshafts and timing chain tensioner. How it worked for me, how it didn't, and major fails.
