Ceres Rail embarked on a heritage day trip to Darling. I did not chase it to the countryside but decided to spot it, on it's way to and back from Darling, at certain locations. I was spotting with Saptouw at De Grendel Station and later at Avondale Station. Take note of the steam train driver's reaction to Saptouw, at De Grendel, as he was standing in the railway line capturing the steam train, unaware that a Freight train was approaching from behind on the line in which he stood. A 10M5 metro can also be seen in the footage as well as 4 GE Class 36 Diesels hauling empty flatbed wagons to the harbour. Enjoy the video.
