Beyond the project, there are also larger commercial units adjacent to it which further adds on to the convenience element. Just in case if the amenities within is not sufficient, within walking distance residents can use the public park, also the Setia City Mall. But the empty plots of land around is a mixed signal for me. It can mean potential, also competition to my investment. But so far, the market around this location is not very receptive to office buildings still. It's still a heavy landed home preferred market. I was pretty confused around the project, especially when I got to the facilities deck. I literally thought the partition between components were a temporary measure, and when I discovered it was permanent I was shocked. From the scale model, it looked like a mistake. There is also lots of wasted space around the carpark area, which was very very weird. And I suspect it was due to the partition between components again.
