Edited by YouCut:https://youcutapp.page.link/BestEditor Filling 2 cups Apple Juice ( or Water ) 3/4 cup Sugar 2 tsp Cream of Tartar 30 Ritz crackers ( or 1 sleeve ) 1 ready to use Pie crust 1 TBSP Lemon Juice 1 tsp Cinnamon Topping 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers 1/2 cup Packed light Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/3 cup melted Butter making the filling Mix the apple juice or water along with the sugar, and the cream of tartar in a medium saucepan. Bring this to a boil on a medium high heat once it starts to boil lower the heat to a medium low and add the cracker's let this simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Now fill your pie crust with the filling and then add the lemon juice to the top just sprinkle it all over and then add the cinnamon the same way. Topping Combine all the ingredients together and the sprinkle this over the top as well. In a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit cook your pie for 15 minutes and then turn your oven down to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 20 minutes. Now the hard part letting it cool so you can enjoy it.
