The temporary nature of this post type makes it easier to share more authentic content like a selfie, or behind-the-scenes photo or short video of you, your life or behind the scenes of your small business. You can share videos up to 1 minute long, but I suggest keeping them shorter because of short attention spans on Stories. While vertical media is best for Stories, you can share any size photo or short video. ✨ Stories are a fantastic way to engage your existing audience on Instagram and promote what you sell.
