It was so cringey! 😳 What gave me more confidence was discovering virtual beauty filters. These filters simply smooth out the look of your skin, and that made me feel more confident on camera. You don't need any special equipment, background, or lighting; all you need is your smartphone and a free Instagram account. In this video I walk you step by step through my process, which involves filming video content in the Instagram Reels app using these digital filters, then downloading those files to my phone.
