Rogue Overland was one hell of an adventure.Left Gresham morning on April 30th, a Tuesday and drove for two days to meet Rogue Overland group on Thursday morning. After intros we were off climbing in low gear through the desert. though out the trip ,we were greeted to some wild exhibits. Lots of ghost towns and mining camps along our dusty route.one of my high lights was crossing the 800 feet of mud and was instructed on how to cross by Nick Schulte, one of the group leaders. crazy fun good times. the cold nights with snow and winds made for some wild days along the route.We traveled on back roads from Beatty, Nevada to Ely camping along the way. seven days.2060 miles, 570 dollars in fuel.
