Beginning her career at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and IBM Global Services, she built deep expertise in flight control systems, middleware and enterprise applications before spending over 13 years at Infosys as a Project Manager, leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives such as Karnataka’s R-APDRP power sector modernisation, mobile wallet platforms for telecom operators, and global engagements across the USA and UK. Driven to contribute directly to India’s transformation, she transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding Sohamsaa Systems and iMezr Innovations. Despite a software background, she built a full-fledged electronics systems design organisation, mastering hardware, firmware, manufacturing and deployment while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. As Co-Founder and Director of Product and Program Management, Meenu leads a 40+ member team across hardware, firmware and mobile app development, overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle, compliance and scale-up. Under her leadership, the company has delivered biometric attendance tablets, smart meters, IoT devices, vehicle tracking systems, home automation solutions, thermal printers and security monitoring devices, including 77,000 smart meters for state DISCOMs, with plans to scale manufacturing beyond one million units annually. Her work spans mobility projects like the UJET Smart Scooter ECU and Tork Motors dashboards, and government initiatives in tourism and rural financial automation. Grounded in scale, speed, structure, trust and transparency, she advocates ethical public procurement, independent audits and accountable delivery. With board-level strengths in strategy, governance, innovation, stakeholder management and ESG-linked impact, Meenu Khurana guides organisations through complex technology, operational and societal challenges while creating sustainable long-term value.
