I notice the moment where I lose it… and the moment I regain it. That edge is interesting. Alive. There’s also the deep fall into rest. The souffle collapse. The soft inward spiral. Strength and surrender sitting side by side. Foundation has been this quiet rising from winter. Slow pond creature energy, lifting toward light.
