Usage tips: If you won't be using Aphogees shampoo for this treatment I would highly suggest using a MOISTURIZING shampoo. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING A CLARIFYING SHAMPOO DETANGLE hair before applying treatment but after shampoo because you really don't want something in your hair that makes it even harder to detangle your hair It's OK if you need to take a break from either using the handheld dryer, if your arms get tired, or the heat from the hooded dryer gets too hot. You can always stop & come back to using the heat it's not going anywhere The protein treatment needs to be completely dried to get the full benefits from its use. That means it shouldn't be damp & it shouldn't be sticky it should be nice & crunchy stiff To rinse the treatment from your hair run the water on the section & gently pat where the water is running on your head. The stiffness should slowly "melt" away At no point do I recommend roughly drying the hair only towel blot hair Should you run out of treatment concentrate remainer on the mid-lengths and ends Only apply on damaged portion of hair (i.e. not on untreated virgin roots-if of course you have new growth I do recommend a nice trim or "dusting" of ends after using this treatment to make it look even NICER
