I wanted to talk about having no friends for such a long time, but couldn't find the right words to express it. I still don't think I managed to convey absolutely everything, but I hope some of it may resonate with you! I spent most of my 20s having almost no friends. There would be people who'd come and go, long distance friendships or just simply acquaintances, but for the most part I spent a lot of time without having meaningful friendships. This changed recently, and I only now realised that I actually have a social life now. (A little bit).
