Engr. Nasir A. Shinkafi, Ph.D., PMP®, MBCP is a Fellow of The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), chartered IT professional and telecoms consultant with a Ph.D. in Wireless Communications. He's an expert in areas like cybersecurity, business continuity, and digital transformation. As Group Head of Technical Services at Galaxy Backbone, he drives digital services delivery initiatives within the Public Sector. Engr. Nasir holds numerous certifications notable amongst which is the prestigious Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP), the highest certification issued by the DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) of the United States of America.
