In this video, Dr Markus Kaim, Head of the International Security Research Division of the German Institute of International and Security Affairs, explores possibilities for the future of NATO-Russia relations, in the context of rising tensions in general, and the Ukraine crisis in particular. The lecture was co-sponsored by the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, and the Carleton Centre for Security and Defence Studies, and took place at Carleton University on November 5, 2014.
