World Kindness Day is November 13, and what better way to kick it off than with ideas for random acts of kindness…with a fun workout twist? Here's how it works: You get 10 seconds to mentally choose, between the two options, your favorite way to show kindness. For the next 30 seconds, do the exercise on the left or right side of the screen, depending on the random act of kindness you chose in the preceding frame. For 5 minutes, you'll get your heart pumping with a fun this or that workout, and you might even break a sweat! Be sure to have water and a sweat towel by your side so you stay hydrated and dry. This workout will show you ideas for how to be kind to others, to yourself, and to nature. Although we’re celebrating World Kindness Day soon, this is a workout that can be done year-round! February 17, 2022, for example, is Random Acts of Kindness Day, and this video would be great to workout to then as well.
