Disabled Access to the O2 in Greenwich, London in October 2024 This was our first visit to the venue, previously known as The Millennium Dome. Overall, the whole experience was good. Can be tricky to get to - only 1 tube line (Jubilee) uses the station. You can also use buses and boats, but depending where in London you are travelling from, you are likely to need to make changes during your journey. Food and drink was very expensive! People with food allergies or medical needs are allowed to take essential food into the venue, you need to apply for an exemption certificate There are lots of food and drink outlets outside of the arena so you can arrive early or stay later.
