Welcome to this 20-minute morning yoga practice for all levels to help improve full-body strength and flexibility. This daily yoga class will help people release tension and open their bodies. It begins by connecting to the breath to help calm and focus the mind and draw awareness inward before moving into a flow designed to build heat. This is followed by a standing pose sequence.
