Over the years, he has authored numerous scientific publications, secured patents, and mentored emerging researchers while fostering strong industry-academia collaborations. Passionate about sustainable nutrition and technology-driven solutions, he works at the intersection of health, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Through his leadership and public engagement, Dr. Anandharamakrishnan inspires young scientists and innovators to rethink food systems for a smarter, more sustainable future.
