Heat the oil in the pan. 2. Add minced garlic to the pan and let it sizzle for 20 seconds. 3. Add in the rice and stir-fry. 4. Add in the sauce (fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar). 5. Make a well in the middle of the pan. 6. Add in the crab and stir-fry for one minute. 7. Make another well in the pan. 8. Add in the scrambled eggs. 9. Once the eggs are set, stir-fry and mix all the ingredients together. 10. Add green onion and mix. 11. Serve with kani crab for the topping. --- Japanese Crab Salad Campfire Cooking Episode 13 INGREDIENTS: 90 gr crabstick 1 cucumber 1 cup lettuce 1/2 cup broccoli 1 cup cabbage Yellow bell pepper SAUCE: 1/4 cup (50 gr) Kewpie Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Sriracha A pinch of salt and black pepper 1.5 Tsp sesame oil 1 lemon juice 1 Tbsp sesame seeds METHOD: 1. Mix all salad ingredients (crabstick, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, bell pepper). 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, sriracha, salt, pepper, sesame oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds). 3.
