Monteverde cloud forest, Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Monteverde's cloud forests in Costa Rica are incredible spectacles of nature. Cloud forests are extremely rare; only 1% of the word's forests are cloud forests! After spending a week exploring and relaxing in El Salvador, I hopped on a plane from San Salvador to San Jose, Costa Rica. Our first stop in this country was the town of Monteverde, know for its incredible cloud forests! During my stay here, I spent time exploring the reserve of Santa Elena, taking my time to enjoy and take in the beautiful scenery. I then spent the remainder of the morning walking across nine hanging bridges. The highest one being 34m above the forest floor! Later that day, I got to try ziplining in Monteverde.
