Bracelet making process | How I made this AMAZING Bracelet

The process of making an amazing cuff bracelet: I found some rusty copper wire in my workshop and removed the patina from the wire. I did this with a brass spider figure, which I made a hole in so that I could pull the copper wire through the spider's body and thereby remove the oxidation. A fun process that I will use another time as well. After annealing the copper wire, I took 4 copper rods – 1 of 4 mm and 3 pcs. of 3mm, after which I twisted the copper wire tightly around one of the copper rods of 3 mm (30 cm) and 2 x around the copper rod of 4 cm (30 cm.) Then I placed in the vice the twisted copper wire with a diameter of 3mm on a copper rod of 3mm in the middle and the 2 other twisted copper wires (of 4 mm in dia.) on their own copper rod of 3mm – on each side of the first twisted copper wire. It is important here that the 2 outermost twisted copper wires are the 4mm ones, because this helps create the final design of the copper bracelet. I took the last bit of copper wire and twisted it around the 3 copper rods so that they formed a single copper rod. I then bent this twisted copper assembly on my bracelet's bender, which is a former table leg. After measuring how long the bracelet should be (8 20 cm), I cut the ends off with a jewelry saw. I then used the ends of the small copper rods by hammering them flat, sanding them at the edges so that they were straight and then I could use them as the ends of the bracelet. I did this by folding them around the ends of the bracelet and then soldering them to the bracelet. I then placed the bracelet in Sulfuric Acid (14%), to clean the excess solder residue and soot from the entire bracelet. Afterwards, I sanded and polished the bracelet with sandpaper from grit 120 to grit 2000. A lengthy but necessary process if I wanted to have the really beautiful result that I got.
