Being from the south you should know a thing or two abought some Tuna dip. If Not dont worry. We are going to make some today right here in the backyard Start off with 1 pound of yellow fin tuna Soak the tuna in Soy Sause Then we will smoke it for 1 hour at 275 degrees Once done we are going to add some spices. Add some Mayo. Then give it a nice little mix. Some places like it to turn out really fine, But I like to have mine a little chunky Finish it off with some Fresh lemon Juice I have some toast points I made with hamburger buns and everything bagel seasoning. Throw some tuna dip on top. and bam baby, Fresh smoked tuna dip
