The mini hurdle wicket drill reinforces correct upright or maximal velocity sprinting mechanics and helps athletes to improve their sprint technique. I recommend starting off with a 20m fly in and around a dozen mini hurdles. Complete 3-6 repetitions before moving into your regular all-out sprint work during max velocity speed development sessions.
