Pour over milk & ice. Enjoy! To make 2 glasses of THAI ICE TEA: 1. Brew 3 tbsp Thai tea mix with 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 cups of boiling water in a French press for 3-5 min. (To do this in a pot, bring to a boil, then turn the stove off and let sit for 3-5 min. Strain and let cool.) 2. Pour tea into a separate container and let it cool. Brewing tea for too long can make it bitter. 3. To serve, pour half the brewed amount over ice and add about 3 tbsp of half and half. This is how many American restaurants do it. For a more authentic style of Thai ice tea, use 2 tsp evaporated milk and 2 tsp condensed milk per glass. Notes & Tips: 1. Feel free to adjust sweetness to your liking! 2. If you want to serve immediately, pour over more ice to cool down the tea. 3. Thai tea is traditionally strained with a tea sock, but we don’t have that; work with what you have! 4. You can brew a big batch of Thai tea and store it in the refrigerator so you can make a quick glass of Thai ice tea anytime! CAUTION: Be careful brewing / pouring your Thai tea. It can stain your counter so wipe drips away quickly. I like to place a cutting board or coaster under my French press/cup/glass container to catch drips. #thaitea #dalgona #whippedthaitea #instantcoffee #istayhomefor #quarantine #dalgonacoffee _______________________________________________ DISCLAIMER: This video is not sponsored.
