🍜 Ho Chi Minh City Food Tour (Part 2) | Bánh Mì, Bò Né & Chinatown Eats in Saigon 🇻🇳 Our Saigon food adventure continues as we eat our way through Ho Chi Minh City, on a mission to find the best street food, snacks, and sweets this city has to offer. 🥖 Bánh Mì Marathon We kick things off with four different bánh mì spots — from roasted pork at Tuyền Ký, to the classic at Hồng Hoa, a hefty baguette at Đại Lâm, and finally the sizzling street cart favourite Bánh Mì 37. 🥩 Breakfast on a Sizzling Skillet Next up: bò né — Vietnam’s answer to steak and eggs — at the local favourite Bò Né Thanh Tuyền. ⛪ Sights & Markets Between bites, we swing by the famously pink Tân Định Church, then weave through the maze of Tân Định Market (Lisa doesn’t skip markets, ever). 🍧 Snacks & Sweet Fixes Street-side nước mía (sugarcane juice), palm sugar sponge cake from Bánh bò thốt nốt - Thu Phan, and dinner at Hoàng Yến with fragrant bò lá lốt (beef wrapped in betel leaves). 🍲 Pho & Chinatown Adventures The next morning starts with a proper breakfast: phở bò and bò kho at Phở Quỳnh.
