This video shows how to make ultra-fast pizza dough for one homemade pizza — perfect when you want fresh pizza without waiting or ordering delivery. The dough comes together in minutes and doesn’t require long proofing. Thanks to hot water and instant yeast, it becomes soft, elastic, and easy to stretch almost right away. High baking temperature gives the pizza a thin, crispy crust just like in a pizzeria. For the topping, I used a simple and flavorful combination: tomato paste with herbs, ham, plenty of cheese, fresh tomatoes, olives, and onion. Minimal effort, basic ingredients, and an incredibly satisfying result. This recipe is ideal for a quick lunch, dinner, or anytime pizza craving. 🍕 Ultra-Fast Pizza Dough (For 1 Pizza) Ingredients Quick Pizza Dough: 65 g flour 3.5 g instant dry yeast 120 ml hot water (50–55 °C / 120–130 °F) ¼ tsp salt 130 g flour ½ tbsp olive oil Toppings: 4–5 tbsp tomato paste Mixed herbs (to taste) 100 g ham 120 g cheese 2 medium tomatoes 50 g olives ½ onion 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare the dough base In a bowl, mix 65 g of flour with instant dry yeast. 2. Add hot water Pour in hot water (50–55 °C / 120–130 °F). The water should be very warm but not boiling — you should only be able to keep your finger in it for about 2 seconds. Mix until combined. 3. Add remaining ingredients Add salt, the remaining 130 g of flour, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms. 4. Knead Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes. The dough will be warm, soft, elastic, and slightly sticky. 5. Short rest Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. There’s no need to wait for a full rise — the dough is ready to use almost immediately. 6. Preheat the oven Preheat your oven to 250 °C / 480 °F. High heat is key for a crispy crust. 7. Shape the pizza Lightly flour the surface and roll out or stretch the dough into a thin round base. 8. Add toppings Spread tomato paste evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with herbs. Add sliced onion, ham, tomatoes, olives, and cheese. 9. Bake Bake for 7–10 minutes at 250 °C / 480 °F, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 10. Serve Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately while hot.
