This is a long breakdown on everything I said in Mitch Docker's Podcast. We are going to break down everything and I will show studies and references for everything I spoke about. Barry, debunk's it and I am just referencing where I got the info from, which I believe in. It's good because we cover a lot of topics. This is Part 1, lots of good topics to cover!!! This first vid is on the Faster study and that Barry claimed they did this on a 3hour treadmill run and burnt 1.8g/min of fat. He used this number to debunk my statement with Mitch. So in this vid we talk about the Faster study and Barry was incorrect about this number. No one did it in the 3 hour run test and what they did was max peak of 1.54g/min in a maximum V02max test(a totally different test) which can not be used for riding for hours on the bike. In the 3 hour run they did 1.21g/min. Also these Faster study guys are Keto Adopted meaning they would have higher fat oxidation than us which means our number would be even lower, they were Keto Adopted we are not, so be careful listening to claims on the internet and using these numbers for yourself as with training it can be dangerous.
