Cool off with this refreshing Homemade Starbucks Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso. It's a perfect blend of sweet cinnamon-spiced horchata and bold espresso. This easy copycat recipe delivers creamy, layered flavor with every shake, and it’s surprisingly simple to make at home. Whether you're a fan of iced lattes or looking for a unique twist on your coffee routine, this drink hits the spot. This drink tastes (to me) even better than the Starbucks version because it has more flavor. I've also noticed some locations haven't had it available recently, even more reason to make at home! INGREDIENTS Horchata Base: 1 cup Almond Milk 1 cup Rice Milk 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar) 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract Pinch of Salt Shaken Espresso: 2 shots of Espresso* 1 to 1 1/2 cups Ice 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup (check out our Lone Goose Vanilla Syrup) 1/2 cup Horchata Base 1 dash Ground Cinnamon for topping You can use 4 oz very strong coffee if you don't have an espresso machine. You can also use up to 3 shots of espresso if you like bolder coffee drinks :) Check out other recipes and coffee products on our website: LoneGooseBakery.com
