This is an urban vegetable garden in North west London, but inspired my cottage gardens and potagé kitchen gardens. I have set up dedicated raised beds for growing vegetables, and the borders contain some well established shrubs like roses and buddleia (butterfly bush) and there is a mature Bramley apple tree. I think the garden is on an old orchard, that is what one of the neighbours told me anyway!
