Our first year harvest from the greenhouse was a success - peppers, cucumbers, eggplants and green beans along with an abundance of celery, onions and cauliflower from the outdoor garden. We water bath relish and pepperoncinis and make a winter's worth of kimchi with fresh cabbage, turnips and carrots. We finish off the 4 day event with homemade Ratatouille.
