This is my February grocery shop it's a small top-up shop while I work through what I already have in my fridge, freezer, and cupboards. I live alone and shop on a low, fixed income, so this channel focuses on budget groceries, single-serve meals, and low-waste food that’s realistic for everyday life. I shop at Coles as there’s no Aldi or Costco in Tasmania, so prices and products are based on what’s available locally. Costs and macros shown in recipes are best estimates based on my measurements, package info, and (sometimes dodgy) maths.
