Exploring Lisbon Solo 🇵🇹 Raw Streets, POV Walking & Unplanned Nights This is Lisbon, Portugal completely unfiltered. In this solo travel vlog, I start in the very heart of the city at Praça Dom Pedro IV (Rossio Square) and walk my way through Lisbon on foot, letting the city unfold naturally. No scripts. No tour guides. Just raw streets, real people, and the moments you can’t plan for. As I move through the city, the streets are alive with street performers, local energy, and everyday Lisbon life, pulling me uphill toward one of the most iconic viewpoints in Portugal. Castelo de São Jorge 🏰 I make my way to Castelo de São Jorge, one of the most picture-perfect castles I’ve seen while traveling the world. Originally fortified during the Moorish period in the 11th century, the castle later became a royal residence under the Portuguese Kingdom after the Christian reconquest. When you imagine a castle overlooking a city, this is exactly what comes to mind. Miradouro da Graça 🌇 From there, I slow things down at Miradouro da Graça, eating a simple sandwich while taking in one of the best panoramic views of Lisbon, With a clear look back at the castle standing over the city. These are the quiet solo travel moments that make wandering worth it. POV Street Walk + Feira da Ladra 🧿 I continue walking toward Arco Grande de Cima, mounting the camera on my chest for a full POV walking experience through Lisbon’s streets and flea market. I search for traditional Portuguese tiles to bring home and end up buying them from a local vendor who looks like he might’ve pulled them straight off the buildings himself, hammer and mallet included 😅. An Unplanned Night 🌙 As night falls, the trip takes a turn I didn’t expect. I randomly meet an Italian woman, end up hopping into an Uber with her, and suddenly I’m waiting outside her friend’s place. The energy shifts, alcohol, flirting, laughter and the night becomes one of those spontaneous solo travel moments you can’t recreate. Eventually, I part ways and head alone to what might be the best night view in Lisbon.
