Simultaneously you’ll want to lift your right arm up slightly to the right to catch the rope in an arm wrap. After the rope is about to wrap completely around your arm you break the momentum by shifting your whole body (including your right arm) over to your left side while changing the direction of the rope to get back into basic position. Texan 360 In this combination, you’re transitioning straight into a Texan 360. To do so, instead of getting back into your basic bounce you want to turn your body at a rapid 360 degrees rotation while guiding the rope in that same path using the momentum from the turn. Rather than battling the momentum, try and flow with it. What helps me is dividing the move into two 180 parts. The first 180 turn, when I move backwards, I keep my hands at hip level, and part 2, when I transition back to the front I lift my hands up to shoulder level to make for a super-smooth turn.
