We had to put this video together for our outdoor calisthenics people! Everywhere you look now there’s a suspension trainer workout, and although there are many good brands out there, none are as popular or well recognized as the TRX system! With the TRX system or any suspension trainer, it’s important to know that the resistance comes from your bodyweight, and the way you leverage your weight can change the difficulty of the exercise from easier to harder. (Be sure to read the instructions before you use one!) This video is a functional full-body workout done with TRX exercises only, keeping our rest periods as low as possible and continuing for a 5-minute round. We’ll do three total rounds in this circuit workout, resting only when we’ve completed the last exercise of the round. Try your best to perform each exercise with us for the whole minute and remember to modify the movement if needed or change the foot positioning to increase/decrease resistance. As always, the video is chaptered so you can browse the movements, the rounds and the music playlist!
