Meet Coach Rebeka Stowe -- Big 12 Champion. Woman of Distinction. Olympic Trials Finalist. 7 time US Outdoor Championship Qualifier. She's kind of a big deal. PEOPLE KNOW HER. Stowe is one of three coaches of this year's Project Moonshot program and one of the reasons I love her is because she laughs at my jokes. (I KID!) No, Stowe comes to every athlete not only with a ton of knowledge in the training department, but she's huge on the mental game of running. Over the last year, we've become close and she's been a huge help to me as I've rehabbed my injury and got back on track. BUT SHE AINT PLAYING AROUND THIS TIME. Enjoy our come to jesus meeting.
