Juicy pork with a golden crust, perfectly roasted potatoes, and simple spices come together for a hearty homemade dinner everyone will love. The potatoes are baked until crispy outside and soft inside, while the pork is pan-fried separately for maximum flavor. Then everything is combined for a rich, satisfying meal that’s simple to make but tastes like a restaurant-quality comfort dish. Perfect for family dinner, weekend cooking, or when you want something filling and delicious without complicated steps. Ingredients: • Potatoes — 800 g • Pork (or any meat) — 600 g • Onion — 120 g (2 medium onions) • Paprika — 1/2 tsp • Garlic spice — 1/2 tsp • Salt — to taste • Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp Instructions: 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized wedges. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well. 3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray. Season with salt, dried garlic and potato seasoning if desired. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40–45 minutes until soft and golden. 5. Cut the meat into small pieces. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a kazan or deep pan over high heat. 7. Add the meat and fry for 5–7 minutes until a golden crust forms. Reduce the heat slightly below medium, cover and cook until the meat becomes tender. 8. Roughly chop the onion, add it to the meat and fry until golden. 9. Add salt, paprika and garlic spice to the meat and mix well. 10. Add the baked potatoes to the meat in the kazan. Mix everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes. 11. Remove from heat. 12. Serve on plates and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
