This movement helps us be more accepting of change. Clouds move with the wind, without resistance. We can move with the flow of life, trusting that it will take where we are meant to be. It does't mean we become passive or give up. it means that we become present and take cues from the present moment. The hips are drawn low, we are connected to the core and aware of the lower abdomen. Arms circle outward, slowly, and the feet are more or less parallel and step aside. We breathe in sync with movement. If you are recovering after a surgery or injury, please practice these movements sitting on a chair or bed.
