In this episode, I teach you my simple 100/10 Rule: For every 100 calories, aim for 10g of protein. 300 calories = 30g protein 600 calories = 60g protein This rule makes eating out way easier and helps you stay on track with fat loss and muscle building. 💪 We tested the Bacon Ranch Salad, which is advertised as: 490 calories 62g protein But when I weighed the chicken at home, the real protein came out much lower. This is a perfect example of why you can’t fully trust restaurant nutrition labels and why learning how to evaluate food yourself is so important. Here are the real numbers: 🥗 Bacon Ranch Salad + 1 oz Creamy Cilantro Dressing ~600 calories ~50g protein Color Chart Plan: 1.5 Protein 1.5 Fat 🥗 Bacon Ranch Salad (No Dressing) ~500 calories ~50g protein Color Chart Plan: 1.5 Protein 1 Fat Even when labels aren’t perfect, choosing meals like this is still FAR better than burgers and fries.
